(IsraelNN.com) The Mateh HaMa'avak ("Struggle Headquarters") has decided to continue and strengthen activism at the Kisufim Crossing leading into Gush Katif. The decision, made at a meeting between extra-parliamentary groups opposed to the Disengagement Plan, is aimed at not allowing uprooting forces time to rest and reorganize.
"This week, our groups will increase pressure in the Kisufim region and continue to groups into Gush Katif," Col. (Res.) Moshe Leshem, one of the heads of the group, told Arutz-7. "We will make every effort to preserve the unity demonstrated last week at Kfar Maimon and will not allow any external force, especially the Prime Minister's provocateurs, to create fractures within our camp."
The Mateh Ma'avak is calling upon the public to take part in the struggle to open Gush Katif to Jews and to make a special effort to preserve unity within the anti-expulsion movement in order to thwart the withdrawal."
