(IsraelNN.com) The IDF Chief Prosecutor has decided to take a tougher position against soldiers and officers refusing orders dealing with the disengagement plan. Instead of continuing to prosecute them in a disciplinary hearing, insubordinates will now face criminal charges.
Captain Boris Albert, assigned to the army’s Logistical Branch, has refused orders and was facing a disciplinary hearing. The prosecution has now decided he will face criminal charges with a maximum sentence of four years in prison."
